Information Security Policy
- Manage information assets by identifying their security values, needs, and risks, and develop and implement controls for security risks.
- Define a framework to identify the security needs, vulnerabilities, and threats to information assets, and the frequency of those threats.
- Define a framework to assess the impact of threats on the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of assets.
- Establish principles for handling risks.
- Continuously monitor risks by reviewing technological expectations within the scope of the services provided.
- Ensure compliance with national or sectoral regulations, legal and relevant legislative requirements, contractual obligations, and corporate responsibilities towards internal and external stakeholders regarding information security.
- Minimize the impact of information security threats on service continuity and contribute to the continuity of services.
- Be equipped to respond quickly to potential information security incidents and minimize their impact.
- Maintain and improve the level of information security over time with a cost-effective control infrastructure.
- Enhance corporate reputation and protect it from adverse impacts related to information security.
- Comply with Häfele World Wide Group’s Information Systems and Security Standards.
- Ensure the achievement of defined Information Security Objectives and continuous improvement.
